Beautiful little family run hotel. With its own Gollum, check out level 5. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. If coming back to Prague would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Art Nouveau hotel, updated with just the right modern touches to be comfortable for modern tastes. Comfortable rooms with with excellent beds and fully appointed bathrooms.

The outstanding, friendly staff make you feel welcome as you come and go, and the morning breakfast buffet offers a broad range of hot and cold option to fortify you for a day of doing battle with Prague’s tourist crowds.

Hotel Hastal’s location is great: close enough to the Old Town tourist zone to walk in 10 or 15 minutes, but far enough to be relatively quiet at night, and to feel like you’re more in a neighborhood. There are several restaurant options steps away, too.

This was my wife and daughter’s second stay, and my first, and we would absolutely stay here again if we come back to enjoy Prague’s many charms.

Absolutely brilliant weekend stay, and a big bravo to the brilliant service of the hotel staff. The location is perfect, the rooms clean, quiet and comfortable and the decoration romantic, inspiring the feel of early 20th century Prague. It’s impossible not to notice how much thought and love has been put into the place.

In short – No need to look further for hotels in Prague, this is where we will be coming back to.
