Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page is a starting template only — replace it with Appia Hotel Residences’s actual cancellation terms and have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publishing. Cancellation policies can also vary by rate plan; where they do, the rate-specific policy shown at booking always governs.
1. Standard rate cancellations
Reservations made at our standard, flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, may be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.
2. Non-refundable rates
Reservations made at a discounted, non-refundable rate are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
3. How to cancel
All bookings are managed directly through our booking engine or the channel you booked through (e.g. an OTA). Please cancel or amend your reservation through the confirmation email you received, or contact us directly using the details on our Contact page.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
